Діалог і партнерство: досвід Європейський економічний і соціальний комітет та стратегічні рішення проєкту/Dialogue and Partnership: Experience of the European Economic and Social Committee and Strategic Project Decisions

День 4 (26 березня 2026 р.). Соціальний діалог у ЄС та стратегічне планування проєкту. У межах четвертого дня учасники відвідали Європейський економічний і соціальний комітет — консультативний орган, що представляє інтереси різних соціальних груп у процесі формування політики ЄС. Цей візит дозволив глибше зрозуміти роль громадянського суспільства у розвитку освітніх та соціальних ініціатив, а також механізми багаторівневого діалогу. Паралельно з екскурсійною програмою для учасників проєкту координатори протягом усього дня працювали у форматі робочої зустрічі. Основна увага була зосереджена на координації проєктної діяльності, узгодженні поточних завдань, аналізі досягнутих результатів та плануванні наступних етапів реалізації проєкту «MIND». У другій половині дня відбулася транснаціональна партнерська зустріч за участі всіх партнерів, під час якої було здійснено аналіз проміжних результатів проєкту, окреслено стратегічні орієнтири його подальшої реалізації та уточнено розподіл відповідальності між учасниками. Обговорення відбувалося у форматі професійного діалогу, що сприяло узгодженню позицій партнерів, посиленню управлінської складової проєкту та підвищенню ефективності спільної діяльності. |
Day 4 (26 March 2026). Social Dialogue in the EU and Strategic Project Planning. As part of the fourth day, participants visited the European Economic and Social Committee, an advisory body representing the interests of various social groups in the EU policymaking process. This visit provided participants with a deeper understanding of the role of civil society in the development of educational and social initiatives, as well as the mechanisms of multilevel dialogue. Alongside the study visits, the project coordinators worked throughout the day in the format of a working meeting. The main focus was placed on coordinating project activities, aligning current tasks, analysing achieved results, and planning the next stages of implementation of the “MIND” project. In the second half of the day, a transnational partnership meeting involving all partners took place. During the meeting, participants analysed the interim project results, outlined strategic directions for further implementation, and clarified the distribution of responsibilities among the partners. The discussions were conducted in the format of professional dialogue, contributing to the alignment of partners’ positions, strengthening the managerial component of the project, and increasing the effectiveness of joint activities. |
