День 2 (24 березня 2026 р.). Інституційний вимір: освітня політика ЄС та механізми її реалізації. Другий день мобільності був присвячений аналізу інституційної архітектури Європейського Союзу та її впливу на розвиток освітньої політики. Учасники відвідали Європейський парламент, де ознайомилися з процесами прийняття рішень, зокрема у сферах освіти, соціальної політики та інклюзії. Значну увагу було приділено ролі парламентських структур у підтримці міжнародних освітніх ініціатив. Екскурсійна програма сприяла також розширенню знань учасників щодо процесів європейської інтеграції України, зокрема особливостей вступу до Європейського Союзу, етапів переговорного процесу та вимог до країн-кандидатів. Це дозволило глибше усвідомити місце України в сучасному європейському політичному просторі та значення освітніх реформ у цьому контексті. Візит до інформаційного центру InfoHub сприяв глибшому розумінню принципів прозорості, відкритості та ефективної комунікації між інституціями ЄС і громадянським суспільством. Отримані знання дозволили учасникам осмислити стратегічний контекст реалізації проєкту «MIND» та його відповідність європейським пріоритетам. |
Day 2 (24 March 2026). Institutional Dimension: EU Educational Policy and Mechanisms of Its Implementation. The second day of the mobility programme was dedicated to analysing the institutional architecture of the European Union and its impact on the development of educational policy. Participants visited the European Parliament, where they became acquainted with decision-making processes, particularly in the areas of education, social policy, and inclusion. Special attention was paid to the role of parliamentary structures in supporting international educational initiatives. The study visit also contributed to broadening participants’ understanding of Ukraine’s European integration processes, including the specifics of accession to the European Union, stages of the negotiation process, and requirements for candidate countries. This enabled participants to gain a deeper awareness of Ukraine’s place within the contemporary European political landscape and the importance of educational reforms in this context. The visit to the InfoHub information centre promoted a better understanding of the principles of transparency, openness, and effective communication between EU institutions and civil society. The knowledge gained enabled participants to comprehend the strategic context of the implementation of the “MIND” project and its alignment with European priorities. |
