THROUGH THE STOMACH TO A COMMON EUROPE WITHOUT BORDERS
The 2018-2019 project aimed at the exchange of young people between educational institutions of Ukraine (Ternopil), Poland (Zbonszyn), and Germany (Werder Bremen), which train specialists in the specialty "Cook, bartender, waiter", "Hotel and restaurant business". The purpose of the project is to equate professional training in the field of "Small Restaurant Chef", to get acquainted with the country and the region, its local cuisine, history, culture, religion, to cooperate in educational projects and joint initiatives in the field of education in Ukraine and the EU. The result of this exchange was an electronic and printed textbook of Ukrainian, Polish and German cuisines in three languages.
